The duration depends on the selected country and the progress of official procedures. Typically, it takes between 30 to 45 days.

3. Can I choose the domestic worker myself?
Yes, clients can select the worker by browsing CVs available through our office or via the Musaned platform.

4. What happens if the worker is not compatible with the family?
We offer a clear and official replacement or compensation policy, in accordance with the regulations and contract terms.

5. Is the office officially licensed?
Yes, Holoul Al Watan is licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and officially registered on the Musaned platform.
